❓ Everything First-Time Jumpers Need to Know 1. How does a tandem skydive work? You are securely attached to a professional instructor. After a short briefing and safety checks, you exit the aircraft together. You experience a thrilling freefall before the parachute opens and you glide safely to the landing zone. 2. Do I need previous experience? No experience is required. Tandem jumps are specifically designed for first-time skydivers. 3. Are there any requirements for participants? Yes. You must meet the minimum and maximum age, weight, and height limits, which vary slightly by dropzone. Health conditions may also apply – all details are provided by your chosen partner. 4. Is tandem skydiving safe? Yes. All jumps are conducted according to strict safety regulations. Certified instructors, double parachutes, and thoroughly checked equipment ensure maximum safety. 5. What happens in case of bad weather? Skydiving is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, your jump will be postponed to another available date, at no extra cost. 6.
