The withdrawal period is:

• For service contracts: fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

• For purchase contracts (e.g. products, vouchers): fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the standard one offered by us).
The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method as you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided that the delivered goods correspond to those ordered.

You are only responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;

• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed computer software which were unsealed after delivery;

• the supply of digital content (e.g. video or photo files) not supplied on a physical medium, if performance has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal;

• the performance of services, once the service has been fully provided, if performance began with your express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance of the contract.
